Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until we notify you that your refund has been processed.
